Young wine lovers beware: on the second weekend in November, we will present you young wines that were harvested in Slovak and Moravian vineyards this year. ?? ??
These young wines are sparkling, light and fresh, with fruity notes, where the flavour and quality can be recognised by the varieties and their terroir, the region of the winemaker.
Young wines are also generally interesting because they always indicate the quality of the vintage and winemakers recommend drinking them by the end of February of the following year, as they are not suitable for archiving.
